RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIESShipping PolicyBecause the online shipping cost calculator is approximate, shipping charges are subject to review and adjustment. In the event of an increase in shipping charges, we will contact you before shipping your order. You will have the option of changing your order or canceling at that time. In particular, the shipping cost calculator used by our online store does not take into account the dimensions of the package being shipped. To compensate for the large dimensions of some items (e.g., horns) we give the calculator a heavier weight in an effort to obtain an accurate shipping price. If you order multiple sets of horns, the weight passed to the shipping cost calculator may exceed its 150 pound limit. In that case your shipping cost will be not be calculated and will be shown as zero. After your order is placed, we will contact you to let you know the actual shipping cost, at which time you can change or cancel your order if you wish. Return PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice. If you wish an exchange, please indicate what item you wish to receive in exchange. Allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you must pay for shipping of any replacement item unless we erred on the item being exchanged.
